Surcharges that apply to all apartments:
each additional person (more than 2) costs $20 per night; and there is a charge of $20 extra (total) for a one-night-only stay. There is also a $25 fee (total) to check-out late after about 12 noon, or for an early morning check-in. All units have plush bath towels, feather/down pillows, and designer grade linens - plus coffee makers, blenders, and Herbal Essence shampoo. Plus 24/7 Internet access from anywhere in our WiFi wireless tropical compound and court yard.
Common areas and facilities: The building is a 100 x 70 foot hollow rectangle with an enclosed computer Wi Fi wireless "Internet Cafe" style flowered court yard. The roofed southern patio area has a Bahama fan over a spool table surrounded by wooden chairs and park benches, while the northern end of our private compound has a big gas BBQ grill for burger flipping near the drying racks for wet dive gear. Our Discount Dive Shop is on the street face of the building where you can sign up for snorkeling, diving, or fishing charters. Nearby private boat launching, docking, and storage facilities are available, and there is a 24/7 Walgreens and convenience store just across the side street.

4 rooms; queen bed, 3 full lowers, 3 upper twins; full kitchen (refrigerator, 4 burner cook top, microwave, Mr Coffee, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, hardwood tv trays); large 32 inch high density TV and DVD/VCR player, cable TV, and computer Wi Fi internet; one 220v air conditioner, genuine solid birchwood varnished paneling, tropical ceramic tile floors, solid oak 11 drawer dresser, oak armoire (for hang up clothes), 3 drawer dresser, varnished pine 4 drawer desk; tiled bathroom, shower, double sink, washer/dryer, stainless steel incinerating, non-polluting eco-toilet.
